"SEECAT (anti-terrorism special equipment exhibition) was held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from 10th to 12th October. It is a closed exhibition that limits admission to stakeholders involved in security related such as police, firefighting, SDF, etc. Invitation from exhibitors is required for registration.
A total of 128 companies participated in Japanese companies and 18 companies / organizations from abroad participated. Economic Department of Israeli Embassy in Japan presents Israel booth every year at SEECAT and invites participating companies from home country to introduce promising companies.
The following 11 companies participated this year, accounting for 60% of overseas participating companies.
provides SSD memory and computer board for a mission critical industrial system such as aerospace, automobile, medical equipment etc. In addition to encrypting the data to be processed, in the unlikely event of being hacked, it has a function of self-destruction which erases data itself as a last resort. Actual boards and chips are displayed in the novelty (see photo), which is the most interested company in this exhibition. Many Japanese companies are already customers, and there are names of Hitachi, Toshiba, Mitsubishi etc."
